Elsbuly operates as a marketplace for traders and advisors to connect. However, no buying, selling, or trading of advice or tools takes place directly on the platform.

4. Payments
Elsbuly may offer paid services that require payment via card. While we do not currently use a payment processor, this may change in the future.

5. User Content
Users, especially advisors, may publish content. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display and distribute it within the platform.

6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:Post unlawful, misleading, or malicious content.Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.Interfere with the platform’s functionality or security.

7. Limitation of Liability
Elsbuly is not liable for financial losses or damages resulting from use of the platform. You acknowledge that all activity on the platform is at your own risk.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
